Male sexual dysfunction

It involves various disorders including

• Sex drive or libido
• The inability to achieve or maintain an erection ( erectile dysfunction or impotence)
• The inability to ejaculate ( premature ejaculation, anejaculation , retrograde ejaculation)
• Inability to achieve erection without deformation of penis or pain ( Peyronie’s disease)
• Inability to achieve orgasm

Patients having any of the above complaints need to be evaluated in detail to look for psychological, organic , hormonal , cardiovascular aspects . After that the right treatment in the form of tablets or injections or surgical procedures ( Penile implant , surgical correction of Peyronie’s disease) will be needed.
